Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Vinaro platform (the vinaro.app website and the Vinaro mobile app) processes and how we handle it. 1. DATA CONTROLLER VINARO TECH LLC (ТОВ «ВІНАРО ТЕХ»), 5 Hetmana Pavla Skoropadskoho St., premises 1-9 (business premises 20), building B, Kyiv 01024, Ukraine. Contact for personal data matters: support@vinaro.app. 2. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS Account data: username, email address, first and last name (if provided), role in the estate. Data you enter while working: information about vineyards, operations, harvest, wine batches, stock and the estate's finances. This data belongs to the estate, not to an individual user. Photos you attach to field observations and the results of QR code scans in the app. The camera is used only when you open the photo or scanner screen yourself. Technical data: a device identifier for sending notifications, IP address and an activity log (who viewed or changed records and when). The app does not collect location data, does not use advertising identifiers and contains no behavioural analytics tools. 3. WHY To provide the service: keep the estate's records, show data to your team, produce reports and send notifications about tasks and deadlines. The activity log is kept for security and for resolving disputes. 4. LEGAL BASIS Performance of a contract with you or with the estate you work for, and our legitimate interest in protecting the system from unauthorised access. 5. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — the device identifier and the notification text are passed on to deliver push notifications to your device. The hosting provider whose servers run the platform. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. 6. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA Account data — while the account is active. Estate data — while the contract is in force; documents required by tax law — for the periods set by law. The activity log is kept for the limited time needed for security. 7. YOUR RIGHTS You can obtain a copy of your data, correct it, restrict its processing or ask for your account to be deleted. How to request deletion is described on the "Account deletion" page. For any question, write to support@vinaro.app. 8. SECURITY Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. In the mobile app, access tokens are stored in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Access to estate data is determined by the user's role. 9. CHILDREN The platform is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed at children. 10. CHANGES The current version of this policy is always published at this address.
